Raptor for the Lady Jessica

Pencil, ink & watercolor on Bristol, 9×12″.

My daughter, Jessica, is a mix of sugar and spice and everything nice and diehard rooting for movie antagonists. In Star Wars, she cried when Darth Vadar died. In Jurassic Park, she recognized the raptors as her spirit animal, and when she found out about the Chris Pratt movies with trainable raptors, we had to get her a stuffed animal raptor to be her movie buddy. It, like Jessica, is the perfect combination of glitter and ferocity.

The hallway is from the dojo, because what is better than ninjas? Ninjas and dinosaurs. There is no more to be said.
